• My Push Mail icon does not work anymore, is the push mail function broken?
No, the Push Mail function still works. The icon on “Today” page is a shortcut, and it has not been perfected. But the function itself is still workable through Active Sync.

• How to set Internet connection / MMS?
At Start > Settings > Connections > GPRS Wizard, choose your system and select your system provider to connect with MMS / Internet.

• How to receive POP3 email?
At Start > Messaging, select Menu > Tools > New Account, follow the instruction on the screen and enter the account information to finish POP3 Mail server settings.
When you use GSmart i series to receive mails, the mails are stored in the server, so you can still access the same mail on your computers.

• How come when I sent out an SMS, it did not pop a message asking if I want to send the message or not?
This only appears the first time you send an SMS. Afterwards it will always prompt users if they want to send the SMS or not.

• I deleted some mails from GSmart i series, how come those mails would be deleted from my computer as well?
If Synchronization setting is active between GSmart i series and computer, any mails you deleted from GSmart i series would be deleted from computer during next sync.

• How do I sync received email between PDA phone and computer?
When ActiveSyncing GSmart i series with the computer first time, you will need to establish a pairing. This will require you to choose the syncing items.
