Why don't you want to try unofficial ROMs?

I can make a normal 3.02.S8, but I'm not sure that I can make it soon, because of the lack of time.

v3.60 lite has TV function.

yes. And I did not say that the unofficial version has no TV, did I? I just said that TV and SD don't really work together. Hasn't this been discussed here endlessly? As far as I understand, the unofficial version is the WM6.1 version. And at least the last english 6.1 version which I had installed has massive problems with SD cards when having TV functionality installed. In the official 6.0 version SD and TV work together perfectly.
But maybe I am totally lost and v3.6 is a new version which has solved this problem. Is it?

It would be good to know Axel, as these custom firmwares are a great idea but seems odd that some make more errors from things that aren't a problem, not got mine yet so don't know what rom / version it is on, can anyone advise which is the best overall for fixing wifi, tv and HC sd card ohh and dab would make me cry if its there .

I just bought a brand new T600 because it was a bargain and wanted a ppc with dvb tv.
(now I have 4 ppcs..)

It has ENG v3.02.S8 2008/4/16
extrom version v157_t600_eng

with CE OS 5.2.1236 (build 17741.0.2.1)

Is this the latest firmware?
