t600 WM 6.1 LITE unofficial ROM (English)

Windows Mobile 6.1 Updates

Installation notes:
- you DO NOT need custfile folder for upgrade, if you have it on the sd card - delete it. You should have two files: *.nb0 file and bootlogo.bmp:

changes since v2.23:
- based on the latest t600 rom 3.02.N1 (CHT) 07.2008 (!);
- OS build 19965.1.2.3 WWE - new HTC Diamond Windows Mobile build;
- wi-fi should work now;
- updated DVB-T Controls & TV player: 2.4.0.365 & 2.3.0.365;
- Arcsoft MMS Composer v. 5.0.27.25;
- other minor changes, don't remember now.

Before you download: WWE means World Wide English, and all versions below are English. The difference is that you should download and install a ROM depending on your device language (ROM language) it had initially after the purchase, i.e. now you have French rom -> download "WWE for France" and it'll make your device English.

Now download an appropriate rom for your device, depending on the device language:
MW998 19965.1.2.3 WWE for Russia
t600 19965.1.2.3 WWE for Russia
t600 19965.1.2.3 WWE for UK
t600 19965.1.2.3 WWE for France


version 2.23
changes since v2.16:
- OS build 19949.1.2.0 WWE from SE Xperia;
- free ram: 27Mb;
- solved: Windows Live works again;
- solved: 2700g vs gradient menus issue (thanks dking for his help);
- screen resume time is lower now (set to 200 ms);
- ClearType is ON in both portrait and landscape modes;
- changes in OEM part to get more free ram;
- paging pool 4Mb;
- other minor changes.

- OS build 19591.1.1.6 WWE;
- no preinstalled Java application, Spb Backup, Gigabyte BT Utility, Power-off animation;
- oem drivers updated to the latest versions (sound and call quality improved);
- DVB-T controls and Gsmart TV Player updated to the versions 2.4.0.362-3815 and 2.3.0.362-3815;
- DVB-T channel tables for Australia, Austria, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Taiwan;
- MMS Composer version 5.0.27.19.

instructions? I mean you should get it from Gigabyte or from the operator who sold the device to you.
BTW have you tried to install roms for other european countries? just to check whether it installs or not.

Hi

I have a t600 Italian I installed the version 2.16, does not WI-FI, for the rest everything worked well.

I tried to install version 2.27 uk me load it in error.

You can help me. The WM 6.1 and excellent.

I have installed the FW the WI-FI works.
