Screen dead after flash !!

Hi guys posting here in case someone knows what to do !

Flashed my rom all went well and asked me to reset my device which I did with the little button recess, on reboot I got a pixel screen of black and reds etc. no boot logo or anything, the keys flash periodically, can't get in to engineer screen or flash upgrade screen ! can see anything but pixels !!

Is my phone dead, do I contact Gsmart directly, its brand new and was constantly crashing/freezing when not in use, so I flashed the rom to only get this instead. Great phone if it worked properly.

Please help me rescue it from the house brick it is. can something be done via usb flashing instead of on the phone as I can't see a screen to work with even if it was booting I couldn't tell ??

Yes, you should contact GSmart support, there service center or shop where you bought the phone. It seems that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Hi would a flash kill the motherboard ?

Posted after 1 hour 39 minutes 37 seconds:
I have contacted the seller and Gsmart support, I reckon the VGA screen has failed, as nothing comes up at all no matter which keys/reboot sequences are press

Only hope the supplier or Tech support can provide a replacement.
