I've seen someone is declaring that this phone has a TV-OUT connection; what is this for? Is it to connect an external monitor or tv (on component connection) to display the same image of the phone screen or for what?

That's the picture of the tv-out cable:

That cable was shown by the manufacturer at CeBIT 2007 (he-he, long time ago), if you look at the cable carefully, you'll mention that it's handmade, so actually you can't buy it in a shop. Anyways t600 has a tv-out function and the main problem is to find (make) a suitable cable. TV-out function, as you supposed, is for "displaying the same image of the phone screen", everyone can use the function in different ways, for making presentations, for watching movies or whatever else one can imagine. I personally don't find the tv-out function useful and wouldn't use it often, or wouldn't use it at all. More info you can find if search for Eten or HTC devices which have tv-out function.

Thanks for your info. Make a cable could not be a problem if there is some cable scheme. I downloaded the original T600 manual but no info regarding this cable is available.
Do you know also where should be plugged in the phone?
