i have been looking for some kind of upgrade for my MW700 gsmart fon.. its been almost 6 months since i was searching for any kind of EXTroms available .. i might have to say that i have finally upgraded my mw700 to WM6.5 build with touchflo ..
tell you what its so much better than wm6.0 .. and guess what its faster .. and more intuitive ..

Hi all I see there are WM 6.5 unofficial roms for the MS800, however can these go on to the MW70 as the hardware is nearly the same.

Hello guys, i have big problem, i try to update my Gsmart MS800 with modified rom and now i can't turn on the phone, only see light display with the big gsmart eye and red flashing light. Sombody know the key combination for bootloader menu or some way to fix it? I want to format the rom and instal the original one.

Hope smb will help me, otherwise i have to throw ot of the ...

I really have looked a LOT but I can't find anywhere how to update the ROM on my MW700. I have the official 6.1 ROM from this site, but cannot enter ROM upgrade mode. I've tried turning off the phone, pressing and holding the end call and answer call buttons and also pressing and holding the power button but it just boots as normal. I'm sure this is simple so can someone please let me ...

I recently acquired an MW700, and discover this really good forum. I´m Portuguese and there is no rom for my language, but i´m good with English. But i was looking and i saw that in the russian forum there's a lot more info about this pda. Like the new wm 6.5 test in the MW700...why there´s no info about that in the international forum? :(

The latest version:
2.8.5.4 (29 April 2009) (GBCQ6280_2009_04_29_2854) - the file is packed with 7zip archiver!
Note: radio upgrade procedure is the same as for ROM upgrade, BUT on your sd card you should have *.img file only! It means there shouldn't be CUSTFILE folder, *.nb0 and *.bmp files. Following this simple instruction you will not lose any data in the main memory of your device.
