and now it would not restart...

Install the original ROM.

I have trayed but the phone did not restart
it's tike dead .... any light any vibration IT NOT SEE THE MICRO SD

Do you know the exact procedure to hard reset or bootloader??

Hard reset won't help you, because you've installed a wrong rom.
the procedure is the following: turn off the device, press the camera button, turn on, release the buttons when you see the service screen.

The motherboard needs to be replaced in an official service center, there's nothing you can do at home with a damaged bootloader.
