How to enter engeneering mode?

HI to all, i have a problem with my ms800, i made an upgrade to the firmware and when i insert the battery and turn on the device doesn't boot, I see only Gigabyte logo. I put a look to the FAQ in the site, but the way:
1. turn off your GSmart;
2. hold Flag, OK and Camera + press and hold Power button;
doesn't help me to enter in the engeneering mode.
I tried this way another time some days ago, when my phone was working well, but it didn't enter also, so i think it's not the right procedure for ms800 (last update for FAQ is 15/05/07!!)
Can somebody help me? :(

I'm not sure why you need to enter the engeneering menu. It has nothing to do with firmware updates.
If your device doesn't boot, try to hard reset it: turn off your GSmart, hold camera button (it has two positions, don't forget!), then press power button, release the buttons when you see the Image Utility. Or try to flash your device again, but be sure that you use the right firmware for your device!
Engeneering mode: hold volume key up, press power button, release the buttons when you see the menu.

Nothing to do, i tried all but i can see only the starting logo, no format, no flashing, no engeneering mode, now i think i 've to send it to the service. Thank you dattad for your help and fast reply!

Hate to say, I've the same problem. Anyone knows how to bring PDA back to life? Same "symptoms" durring boot I see only logo. No combination of buttons works.

How did it happen? Have you interrupted the update process? I guess a service center is the only solution for you.
