upgrading now hang on GSmart logo

i'm a newbie, i got this i-teq x-bond from a friend, the problem is hang up on X-bond logo, now i search ROM for this phone i found first this ubiquio-401-v1.12.26 after flashing, the OS is working but upside down, i guess not the proper ROM, then i found this site so i downloaded the new update i128-V1.14.84-ENG-Malaysia after flashing, now hang on GSmart logo, now i try to go back the last rom its working, but now Format fail. any idea what to do? thanks in advance...
