Hey hi. Sorry for posting multiple messages. I am new to this so please excuse. I tried the method you told me bur it does not work. It says cust file verification FAILED. I am tring to rollback the to wm 6 from the WM 6.5 version you gave at http://www.gsmartclub.com/board/i128-i120-rom/i120-i128-wm6-beta3-thai-eng-out-t203-10.html.
And when the device reboots after flashing the official WM6 from Gsmart site, It boots again with the same WM 6.5 version . Except that all the features like contacts and calendar are double. I think its not formating correctly. Any suggestion to that? And after all this the EXTROM version shown in "ABOUT" is accorging to the verification failed cautfile. Anyway to format memory chip completely externally?? Please help me

Remove Custfile folder before updating the ROM, then try again. After that add Custfile folder and flash the complete ROM once more.

Can I use Wm6 rom of i120 on i128?

Yes, you can, but will have a small issue with soft-keys (one of them doesn't work, as I remember). But you can try to use a 'keyboard' driver from i128.
