WM 6.1 for i128

Can someone please share the ROM file and step by step guide for upgrading the i128 English ROM to WM 6.1? I know i has been done in the Russion forum but I don't understand half of it even after translation . Thanks in advance

So there's no WM 6.1 English ROM for the i128 out there? I'm just interested to try the latest and greatest
