Firmware Downgrading... Is it possible?

Hi, is downgrading from Windows Mobile 6.1 (the one posted on this forum) to Windows Mobile 5 possible? I have a GSmart i128. Thx alot. :)

Yes, it's possible, you need to download the rom file for your device and follow rom update instructions.

After I flash rom downgrading to V.1.14.58 with tv record it still works good but can't open message, so I decide toupgrade firmware to v.1.14.84 But it happens again my device i128 I see only logo and can't do hard reset. I confronted with this situation about last 3 months and after I change my motherboard I can Upgrade firmware to wm6.1 aidarbest easily but now it happens again. Does this problem cause by motherboard? thanks My friend :(

If you can't do a hard reset or enter the image utility, you can try to leave your device without battery for half an hour or so, sometimes after the procedure everything works fine again.

Now I'm using this Rom "i128 1.14.58 with TV rec " ...When I open " inbox (text message)", my screen appear like this

I can't open every messages in inbox. How could I fix this problem? 8)

Do a hard reset and don't restore any backups, check if the problem still exists. If yes, install a different rom.

Sorry as I told you before My device can't do a hard reset and upgrade any rom, it stops at gigabyte logo after I flash down to this rom(i128 1.14.58 with TV rec ). Now I can't find how to solve this problem yet. I also try to leave battery for 1 day and go to engineering mode (I choose Boot Config..E-boot"Launch Image"). Now both of these methods still doesn't help :(
