How to Format i128 completely

Hello,
I want to completely format i128. Deleting all the software and firmware installed in it. And re-install new ROM. This is because some software I have installed make problem in my phone. But re-installing using usual method does not solve the problem. Anyone help me

There are two ways to format (restore the factory settings): using the preinstalled utility or with hardware buttons.
Also you can install a new ROM without formatting the phone before that, because by installing a new ROM you also get factory defaults.
