wi-fi problems

I have gsmart MW700 and my wi-fi refuses to turn on, the screen only blinks and nothing happens. When I press the "Turn All" button only the phone and the bluetooth respond. I tried with soft and hard reset.. it didn`t help.. Can you give me any other ideas what should I do?

You say, that you tried hard reset, but how is it possible if you ask how to do a hard reset?!

I found it in other forum few hours later, I forgot to say ..

You're not alone with this problem. It's easily fixed in a service center.
